Tomorrow (Thurs) rehearsal starts at 6pm. Doors open at 5:45pm. We will be running the show in order (with the exception of Candyman. We will run that first.)and I'm hoping to only have to run each number once. Please wear all black again. :)
The recital starts at 7pm on Friday. Doors will open at 6pm. Students must arrive by 6:30pm at the latest and be dressed and ready to go in their first costume by 6:45pm. Report to the band room as soon as you arrive.
All students (with the exception of Candyman) must remain in the dressing room for the entire show. This is where we will line them up from. If they are not where they are supposed to be, there's a chance they might miss their number. We will not hold the show if someone isn't where they are supposed to be.
Recital shirts and black bottoms are to be worn for the Finale. They may wear whatever shoes they want. After the Finale, you may pick your child/children up in the dressing room.
Both main entrances have stairs. If you need a handicap accessible entrance, please ask me how to get to that entrance.
There is no reserved seating for the show.
Thank you again from the bottom of my heart for all your support over the years and although this year's show will be bittersweet, I can't wait for you to see all their hard work!
