Only got $50 for groceries this week? You can STILL eat healthy and stay on track. Here’s a budget-friendly shopping list that’ll cover all your meals:
✅ Proteins: Eggs, chicken thighs, beans/lentils, canned tuna
✅ Carbs: Rice, oats, bread/tortillas, potatoes
✅ Veggies & Fruit: Frozen mixed veggies, carrots, bananas, apples, onions
✅ Healthy Fats: Peanut butter, cooking oil
Example meals:
🍳 Breakfast – Oatmeal with peanut butter & banana, or eggs with toast
🥗 Lunch – Rice + beans + veggies
🍗 Dinner – Baked chicken + potatoes + veggies
🍎 Snacks – Apple with peanut butter, tuna on toast, boiled eggs
Eating healthy doesn’t have to be expensive. It just takes a little strategy.
