FALL TRAVEL SEASON COMING SOON to Barnesville Parents and Players. The Ones play a 3 tournament season, The Ones uniform is included with registration. Total Fee is $150. THE ONES HAS A NO-REFUND POLICY, Tournaments will be played in Alabama, & Florida. Practices will begin after the Lamar County Middle School Football Season. Season Starts at the beginning of November and will last until January of 2024. You can register at the Lamar County Parent Connection table during open house or you can register on our website at theonesffb.wixsite.com/flagfootball

Tip of the Week: How to Snap the Ball Properly

✔️Get in a good two-point stance (athletic position)

✔️Put your elbows on your knees and reach out with your dominant hand to grab the ball.

✔️Grab the ball with your thumb knuckle of your dominant hand between the white strip and the laces and your palm resting on the football.

✔️Your other four fingers should spread out across the seam of the football. As you are snapping the ball, turn it inward, so the quarterback will receive the laces.

✔️Make a clean snap!
