I want to find the middle of these two. Have the muscles show but still be in the top .075% of the world and bench over 225 and get back to 315 but still be as lean as I can while still being strong

I just got unfriended by someone for simply pointing out that new studies have shown that 100% of Girl Scout cookies contain heavy metals and other poisonous things in them. Things in them that obviously lead to type 2,3 and 4 diabetes, things that keep you addicted to them. They themselves claim the cookies are safe but the labels they print say otherwise. I’m just pointing it out, if you want to still eat them that’s okay, just know what you’re putting into your body and stop complaining about feeling like s**t all the time. Don’t shoot the messenger. I’m just so tired of seeing people sick always around me and when they ask, what do you think is wrong and I ask, what do you eat, they don’t like my answers. Want to know other foods to avoid just ask or follow me because I’m coming after a bunch of foods now. If you honestly don’t want to know how bad out food is, then just unfolllow me now. I’m just trying to do my part to help.

Difference between strength and physique
I’ve been screaming this for over 2 years now!!! SPINACH AND KALE ARE TERRIBLE FOR YOU!!!! Don’t just believe me or this random video, go fact check me please. Most plants have defensive mechanisms that are built into them.
Sorry not sorry. The “fast ways” don’t fix any root issues like how to have better relationship with food and to know and make better lifestyle choices. I feel the same with Ozempic/ gastric bypass and most surgeons. You need to change your relationship with food and it takes time.
So here you see me on the bottom 11 years ago when I tried to lose weight for the 100th time back then. Took me 9 more years of still getting fatter than the bottom picture to flip that switch and truly change. Now the top right is me at the end of 2024 and the top left is a week into doing 100 push ups a day for 100 days. I can’t wait to show you all the progress of that from just 100 days.
Now I challenge you to do the same. 100 push ups a day for 100 days. You don’t have to do 100 in a row. If you can do 5 in a row then do 5 and a little later to 5 more until you hit the 100 for the day. Eventually the number will grow from 5 to 10 to 20 and so on. Just hit that 100 number in the day with no days off. Most I’ve done in a row so far is 40. My goal by day 100 is to do 100 without stopping.
