Look at this guy go! He may be small, but that hammer fist is mighty.
Here’s the thing: it’s not just about hitting a pad. At this age, it’s about learning the basics — focus, body control, confidence. That solid stance and clean form? That’s the foundation.
Because when kids start young and start with the right basics, those skills grow with them. Before you know it, the same little hammer fist becomes speed, power, self-control, and even leadership.

Just a fun action shot of one of the kids’ favorite holiday games - Turkey Tag! This one builds reaction time as they try to face off and grab a teacher’s “tail,” and then focus as the rules will change regarding what color is required to “tag.” Smiles all around!
