Congratulations to the 2026 McKeesport Summer Bash Cadet C Champions: Cranberry Eagles!

The #1 seed McKeesport Jets faced off against the #3 seed Cranberry Eagles in another nailbiter. Both teams were held off the scoresheet in the first period with spectacular goaltending from both sides. However, the scoring came alive in the second period with Cranberry scoring three goals from Kaden McGee, Michael Evans, and Dakota Inman. McKeesport was relentless and kept it close with goals from Brayden Kraly and Nico Typanski.

Cranberry entered the third period with a 3-2 lead before Evan Gocella buried a rebound to extend the lead to 4-2. Typanski scored three minutes later with a wrister from the slot to pull within a goal. The Eagles held off the late-game McKeesport surge to claim the Cadet C Championship. Evan Gocella’s game-winning goal and assist earned him the MVP award!

Thank you to both teams for giving us such a great game, and congratulations to the Eagles on winning the title!

Congratulations to the 2026 Beaver B Champions: Venom Black!

If you missed this game, shame on you for 3 weeks!

Riverview came out flying, burying two goals in the first period to take an early 2-0 lead. Venom battled back hard in the second period and managed to tie the game at 2-2 with goals from Rory O’Toole and Alyssa Cly.

With just 4 minutes remaining in the game, Venom’s Nate Prokop scored what we thought would be the game-winning goal — only for Riverview’s James Lower to answer just 90 seconds later and tie the game back up at 3-3. The crowd was electric, and the tension was at an all-time high!

Then, just one minute later, Prokop found the back of the net again to give Venom the lead and help secure the championship banner. Prokop’s memorable performance earned him the MVP award.

Thank you to both teams for giving us an incredible game and a championship finish to remember. Congratulations to Venom Black on winning the 2026 Beaver B Championship!

Congratulations to our 2026 McKeesport Summer Bash Beaver C Champions: New Ken Jets!!!

Cranberry came out strong in the championship game, striking first just 3 minutes into the opening period. The Jets answered back quickly, as Jordan Fajt found the back of the net less than a minute later to tie the game at 1-1.

The Eagles regained the lead late in the first period when Oscar Mulvaney scored in the waning seconds to make it 2-1.

That set the stage for an incredible MVP performance by Callie Cerra, who took over the game by scoring 4 straight goals to help propel the Jets to a commanding 6-3 lead! Wow!!!

New Ken locked things down in the third period, shutting the door on the Eagles’ comeback attempt and securing the victory to capture the Beaver C Championship!

Congratulations to the New Ken Jets on an outstanding championship win, and thank you to both teams for providing a fantastic weekend of hockey!

Congratulations to the 2026 McKeesport Summer Bash Penguin B Champions: Jr. Gods!!! 🏆

The Gods came out flying from the opening whistle and never looked back, defeating the Falcons 7-1 in a high-scoring championship matchup.

Noah Daugherty had an outstanding performance, finishing the game with 1 goal and 2 assists while earning the MVP award for his efforts.

Congratulations, Noah, and congratulations to the Jr. Gods on a fantastic team victory! Thank you to both teams for an exciting championship game and a great weekend of hockey! 🏒

Congratulations to the 2026 McKeesport Summer Bash Penguin C Champions: Scott Township Dekhounds!

This championship game was full of action! The Dekhounds wasted no time, as #98 Cam Beckett scored just 32 seconds into the game to give Scott Township an early 1-0 lead. That score would remain unchanged until halfway through the third period, when Cam found the net again to extend the Dekhounds’ lead to 2-0.
Scott Township continued to apply pressure throughout the game, firing shot after shot toward the Venom Black net, but Maggie Wissel delivered an incredible individual performance to keep her team within striking distance. This was truly one of those rare moments where an MVP-caliber performance came from the losing side. Way to go Maggie!

The Dekhounds went on to defeat Venom Black 4-0 to capture the Penguin C Championship! They put together an amazing tournament run, outscoring their opponents 25-3 while earning two impressive shutouts along the way.

Congratulations to the 2026 McKeesport Summer Bash Freshman B Champions: Venom Blue!

This was one of the most exciting finals of the day, with Riverview’s C**t Hosaflook striking first to give his team the early lead. Venom responded with two quick goals in the second period to take the advantage, but Hosaflook answered again to tie the game at 2-2.

With just seconds remaining in the second period, Venom’s Valentino Kamenar scored the go-ahead goal to put Venom back in front. From there, Venom’s Niko Stelitano delivered an incredible performance in net, shutting down a talented Riverview offense and helping secure the 3-2 championship victory. Niko’s outstanding play earned him the MVP award.

Congratulations to our 2026 McKeesport Summer Bash Freshman A Champions: McKeesport!

The Port came out flying, scoring 3 goals in the first period and adding 2 more early in the second to build a commanding 5-goal lead. The South Hills Raiders battled back with a strong push, scoring 4 goals to cut the deficit and make it a close finish. McKeesport held strong through the late surge to secure their first A Championship of the year with a hard-fought 6-4 victory!

Nick Matus and CJ Evans each contributed 3 points, but the true star of the game — and the entire tournament — was goaltender Willow Starkey. Willow (Voted tournament MVP) delivered an outstanding performance, finishing the tournament with 8 shutout periods and countless key saves that kept her team in control when it mattered most.

Congratulations to our 2026 McKeesport Summer Bash Chipmunk B Champions — the Jr. Gods! 🏆

The Jr. Gods battled their way to a 4-2 victory over the Cranberry Eagles in an exciting championship game. Jr. Gods forward Aeden Schrader led the way, scoring the team’s first two goals and adding an assist on the third goal to help secure the win.

Aeden’s outstanding performance earned him the MVP Award for the championship game — a well-deserved honor after a dominant effort on the dek!

A huge thank you to both teams for providing an incredible weekend of hockey, teamwork, and competition. Congratulations again to the Jr. Gods on becoming the 2026 McKeesport Summer Bash Chipmunk B Champions! 🏒🥇

Congratulations to our 2026 McKeesport Summer Bash Chipmunk A Champions: New Ken Jets. The Jets managed to defeat a highly talented Bills Falcons team in an absolute 2-1 thriller. Ezekiel Baker scored the game winner just 90 seconds into OT to help lead his team to the championship victory and take home the MVP honors. Congratulations Jets! Thank you to both teams for an excellent final and see you next year!
