All smiles at Texas Rose Spring Kick off!
What a fantastic week our group of horses and riders had, some of our highlights:
Lila Anderson and her “Cruise Control” multiple clear rounds in the .75 and .85 classes, their first time jumping this height bringing home nice ribbons in a competitive field
Ava Nyland and “Majestic” multiple class wins in the 3’ outreach and children’s hunter divisions
Maggie Emley and her new partner “Hot Spot” jump clear rounds all week in the .65 and .75 classes, including 2 second place finishes in a fast .75 division!
Carolus Des Cabanes second in the 1.20 and 7th in the welcome stake preparing for owner Molly Lattarell to show next week
Chacco TSH multiple class wins and reserve champion his first time in the 3’3 greens, and wins his first derby!
Talisman D 5th in the welcome and Wins the $15k mini prix
We can’t wait for more of our team to join us this week!!

A new face on the team, Maggie Emley had her first WEC experience on ’s lovely Calico Bay B Z who didn’t touch a rail all week, earning the pair nice ribbons in the .65 and .70 classes, even capping off the week with Maggie’s first ever .80! Proud of this duo and so thankful for the Honegger family for sharing this perfect 🦄 with us for the week

A great first week for our team with great rounds and ribbons all around. Kicking off the recap with Ava Nyland and Majestic, stepping up to the children’s division for the first time with lovely well executed rounds, and double thirds one day! So proud of this pair and their hard work 👏
