Studies show gym grunting annoys people.
Cool. Now here’s reality 👇

When you train hard—actually hard—there will be noise.
Breathing, bracing, effort. That’s part of the process.

This is something we talked about on Gym Etiquette 101 on the podcast.
The Iron Rack isn’t a hardcore bodybuilding gym…
but we do have members building physiques—and intensity comes with that.

We don’t do chaos.
We don’t do ego lifting.
But we do train with intent.

Respect the space.
Control the weight.
