This Monday we come together to move with purpose. Not for perfect times. Not for competition. But to honor the men and women who gave everything for our freedom.

We’ll have scaled options, team options, kid friendly movements, and a whole lot of heart. Whether you finish every rep or simply show up and sweat beside us, you’re part of something bigger.

I forgot to tell you. I saw my rheumatologist yesterday for the first time since starting at the garage gym, and A1c is now at 6.2. He could not believe I was able to bring my A1c down so much with only diet and exercise. He thought I was gonna have to go on insulin and now I’m no longer considered diabetic. He doesn’t have any other patients who are willing to put forth this effort so he was actually very surprised that it could be done with diet exercise alone. I am no longer diabetic…still pre diabetic, but working on that! I think I want to celebrate this win with a slice of cheesecake.

Ladies & gentlemen this is a message from one of my clients up above. Great job 💪🥇

I have said this for 23 years now… the fitness industry & the medical industry have nothing in common. Nor do they practice the same things.

The only difference between the two Fields is medical you go to school for an extra decade, & help no one?!

Fitness industry prides themselves on extending life & creating a better quality of life.
The Fitness industry is untouchable 💪

That’s strength. That’s resilience. That’s the kind of example that changes generations.

This image stopped people for one simple reason.
It breaks expectations.

On the left is Larry Wheels, a genetically gifted strength athlete known for extreme size, elite power output, and openness about enhancement use during parts of his career. His frame is built for mass. Thick muscle bellies, dense tissue, and sheer scale that immediately dominates the eye.

On the right is Jeff Nippard, a lifetime natural bodybuilder whose physique has been built through years of science based training, progressive overload, and recovery discipline rather than pharmaceutical assistance.

The size difference is obvious and expected.
Larry is larger. He should be.

What is not expected is how well Jeff holds his own visually despite that gap.

His proportions are tight. His quads sweep cleanly. His delts and arms show mature density. His structure reads complete rather than “small.” That matters, because natural bodybuilding is often dismissed as underwhelming when compared directly to enhanced physiques.

This comparison shows that is not automatically true.

Jeff’s development reflects long term natural adaptation. Muscle tissue built slowly. Tendons and joints that kept pace. A physique shaped by consistency rather than acceleration. Research on natural hypertrophy consistently shows that while total mass is capped, muscle quality, balance, and visual density continue improving over many years of proper training.

Larry’s physique reflects a different objective entirely. Maximum size. Maximum strength. Pushing the ceiling of human performance and mass.

Neither approach is wrong. They simply serve different goals.

What this image actually highlights is that natural training done correctly does not disappear next to enhanced size. It presents differently. More refined. More proportional. More sustainable.

For many lifters, that distinction matters more than chasing the biggest possible number on the scale.
