I am fortunate to be surrounded by many strong women. This past weekend I was able to participate in CEP for the first time in two years with the amazing women in this photo. Some run a school full time. Some balance running a school or teaching classes with full time jobs. All hold black belts and manage very busy lives while pursuing their passion for K*k Sool and a commitment for teaching self-discipline, self-confidence, patience, perseverance, inclusivity, and grace through the practice of K*k Sool Won.

When I asked for a photo to post on International Women’s Day, they enthusiastically participated. I’ve known some of these inspirational women for a number of years and it has helped shape the course of my life.

To all of the women in K*k Sool whether instructors, training partners, students, or behind the scenes…Thank You.
