Good morning. Let's talk confidence. Do you know your role? Can you accept your role?

As you progress your softball career you'll be asked to challenge yourself. New techniques, new tweaks to your swing, etc. You're going to struggle. My challenge to you is to not allow these struggles to affect you in a negative way. Embrace the struggle. Know that you have a good skill set, whatever it may be.

Try not to compare yourself to others. You may not be as fast or maybe you don't hit as hard. That's OK. Know your roll and play to your strengths.

You all work hard. Trust in your work. You've got a great group of people around you that believe in you.

If you find yourself feeling unconfident focus on your positives!
