F3 Legacy - DFW

After nearly 2 yrs of trying to convince me to join a free men’s workout, my brother finally succeeded. This was 2018 (pics). My typical workout routine was either at home or a commercial gym, alone, listening to books or podcasts. My first F3 workout was led by my brother (F3 Hostage). He failed to tell me he was professional trainer at the time (he’s not) but he led 18 other men to betterment that day!

Throughout the brutal workout he went over these 5 core principles: F3 is always free, open to all men, always held outside rain or shine, led by a member of the group in a rotating fashion and always ends in a circle of trust. That day I discovered the push to get better from yourself will never be as powerful as the push of dozens of other men. I was HOOKED!

Several years later here I am, 43yo, still trying to convince other men to get out of their own ways to tryout a free men’s workout. Not because the gym is bad but because F3 is so much better! Not because you can’t get fit on your own, but because the journey to becoming the best version of yourself was never meant to be lonely. “Iron Sharpens Iron, so one man sharpens another”
