The 2013-2014 MISD athletic paperwork is available to complete. Everything is all online this year (except for physical). Every student enrolled in athletics must have this completed prior to participation. You can find the form online at http://mckinneyisd.rankonesport.com

Football practice schedule for the upcoming bye week for 7th and 8th.: Monday- No practice, Tuesday- 6:45 am practice (no game), Wednesday- Pictures at 6:45 am, Thursday- 6:45 am practice, Friday- 6:45 am practice.

Please mark your calendars to show your support for breast cancer awareness month. We are planning to have pink as part of our uniform for the October 23rd football game and October 25th volleyball game. Football players will be allowed to wear one pink wristband on their left wrist and volleyball players can wear a pink ribbon in their hair. We are limiting the wearing of pink to this one date to keep us in uniform, and to truly acknowledge and show our support rather than get caught up in wearing more and more pink every week.

Students are welcomed to wear pink to school on those days, but are only allowed the wristband and ribbon uniform modifications for just these specific dates. We would love for your support and attempt to "pink out" the stands these two nights.

This is just a reminder about parent meeting tonight in the competition gym at 6:00 pm tonight (8-27). We will discuss general policies and procedures for athletics. We will then break into smaller sport specific meetings for football, volleyball, and cross country. This will be a great time to meet the Evans coaching staff and ask any questions that you may have for the upcoming year.
