The week of Christmas! We are so excited!!!

I hope the message finds everyone well and I pray everyone will be having a Merry Christmas! With “winter” upon us and kids getting sick? Please instruct your students to cough into their shirts, and not their Elbows or hands. Coughing is the easiest way to spread sickness to others. And hands and elbows are often touched when practicing Martial Arts. Coughing into their shirts is “like” wearing a mask when sick. As practiced in Asian Culture. The shirt will catch more cough “particles” and vapors. And most likely no one is going to touch their chests. So if you decide to not stay home when sick? Please teach them the best way to not spread Germs. If your student is coughing uncontrollably during class? They will be asked to sit out. Thanks for understanding. 😷
