-We know it’s going to be hard for everyone🫵🏼 to accept our table and coat hanger has been moved but they have a name and it’s reverse hyper, they’re more than just a table🥹 they have been adopted by the rest of the leg machines and is much happier with their friends🥰

We’re open to any recommendations on locations of machines. Everything has been consolidated together for a more enjoyable experience and less contribute to your daily step goals😅 all feedback is welcome!

Expect some more simple changes coming soon with locations of equipment and accessories, to better serve the relocation of everything, we’re dedicated to always providing a better experience for you!

This weekend it’s time to remember that the choices you make everyday is what determines your success, from eating, to recovery. The time you spend at the gym isn’t even half of what determines how successful you’ll be in hitting your goals. It’s a 24/7 job you have to dedicate to self improvement, every choice everyday has to be directed to self love if you truly want to make a change, so just like your mom would tell you.

Mondays suck but set this week off right by asking yourself what are you letting hold you back from achieving your goals? 10 Emotional Regulation Tools Every Teen Should Know 💡💪

Life can feel overwhelming, but emotions don’t have to control you. Here are 10 techniques to help you handle stress, anxiety, and big feelings:

1️⃣ Name the Emotion – Label what you feel: angry, sad, anxious, etc.
2️⃣ Box Breathing – Inhale 4 sec, hold 4 sec, exhale 4 sec, hold 4 sec. Repeat.
3️⃣ Journaling – Write out what happened, how you feel, and what you need
4️⃣ STOP Technique – Stop ➡️ Take a breath ➡️ Observe ➡️ Proceed.
5️⃣ Progressive Muscle Relaxation – Tense/release muscles from toes up.
6️⃣ 5-4-3-2-1 Grounding – 5 see 👀, 4 touch ✋, 3 hear 👂, 2 smell 👃, 1 taste 👅
7️⃣ Reframe Thoughts – Change “I’m a failure” to “I’m learning from this.”
8️⃣ Move Your Body – Walk, stretch, dance, lift, or play sports.
9️⃣ Safe Space/Person – Have someone you can talk to without judgment.
🔟 Coping Toolbox – Music, quotes, photos, fidgets, scents, journal.

✨ Emotional regulation isn’t about ignoring your feelings—it’s about understanding and managing them in a healthy way. You’re not weak for having emotions. You’re strong for learning to handle them.
