Here’s to Lauryn! 🎓 Highland Springs High School and Aerial East class of 2026! 🖤💛 Lauryn has been a gymnast for 10 years and competed xcel diamond. Her favorite memories are of her teammates and their camaraderie. We are proud of you for overcoming injury your junior year and persevering through to finish out your senior season. Good luck as you move to Norfolk to attend Old Dominion University this fall. Congratulations to all our seniors. You are all off to great things! 🔝

Here is to our next graduate! 🎓 Katie graduates from Mechanicsville High School this weekend. 💜🧡 She’s been a gymnast for the past 10 years, competed level 7 for Aerial East and competed for her high school. Don’t worry…she’ll be sticking around next year to help coach “the littles” as she starts her college path at J. Sarg before transferring to Liberty to pursue a career in early childhood education and development. We are excited to continue to have you as part of our staff. 🤸

This week as the school year winds down we honor our Aerial East Graduating seniors. 🎓 First up, Ashley. She’s graduating from Atlee High School 💙🖤 and has spent the last 14 years at Aerial East. She competed both for her high school and as a diamond athlete. Her favorite gymnastics memories are cheering for and coming together as a team at meets. Next year she’ll be a Captain at Christopher Newport University studying chemistry. _ashleykuchta good luck with all your new endeavors. We are so are proud of you!👏

The 2025-2026 season is officially over 😢 but it went out with a bang! 💥 Xcel Regionals was a 4-day event held in New Jersey. Region 7 and hohgymnj were great hosts to the largest regional meet in region 7. 🤸

Ashley is REGIONAL CHAMPION on beam! 🥇
Lauryn and and Liz earned silver 🥈on floor and vault respectively. Many others walked away with hardware and experiences from their first regional meet that will carry them into next season.

We are so very proud of how our AEG athletes competed this post season.

Last but not least is our Xcel silver team who competed this past weekend at their state championship. These ladies were all smiles and their hard work this season paid off.

As a team they had their highest team score of the season by over a point. 🔥

The Xcel Bronze and Silver Virginia State Championships for 2026 has wrapped up. This concludes all the state meets in Virginia. A huge shout out to All American Gymnastics, who are amazing to co-host at meet with, rva_balloons, who made some amazing balloon art, and all our amazing volunteers who made this Mother’s Day weekend amazing. One more regional meet to go and we will officially close the books on the 2025-2026 season. 🎈 🦓 🐆 🦒 🦥 🤸
