Hello everyone! I will be doing a 6 week group training camp Saturdays for 60-90 minutes each workout. It will be higher intensity workouts with weights mixed in. Group size will be limited. Right now I am starting with one morning class to gauge interest, will expand to more classes/days later as this class fills up. Pricing will be $90 for the full 6 weeks.

Hello everyone! I have openings available for in-person training! Time slots available are Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, and Friday 5am-6am or 6:30am-7:30am and evenings Monday, Wednesday, and Friday starting at 5:30pm. Message me for details or to get added to the schedule.
If online training works best for you, those packages are available as well!
