all-women group Frigid, visual artist, volunteer at Girls Rock Camp Boston and founder of indie record label, Straight to the Top Records. Recognizing the need for a place where people could get information about Boston’s growing community of women rockers, these two Stewarts, only related by their shared interest in Boston’s music scene, decided to pool their resources and start a radio show. WMFO’s Something About the Women, www.satwomen.com, perhaps the longest running radio show dedicated to women artists in the US, offered to host the show.
