In the first roll-off, South Medford (qualifying 3rd) defeats North Medford, 268 - 233. They then go on to defeat Grants Pass #1 300 - 279. In the final match of the roll-offs, Roseburg defeats South Medford, 296 - 258.

With only six teams in the Division, we only had a two-team roll-off this tournament. North Bend Bulldogs defeated the Grants Pass Cavers 295 - 251.

Open Varsity
1st - Roseburg (392 - 390)
2nd - Henley (367-366)
3rd - South Medford (qualified 2nd)
4th - North Medford
As you can see, we had some tight matches in the roll-off for the Open Varsity Division. Henley qualified 3rd after the 24 Baker games and defeated North Medford, 399 to 319. They then faced South Medford, defeating them by one pin, after a 9th 10th frame roll-off after ending in a tie after two games. The final match came down to a 10th frame shoot-out for the win. Roseburg's anchor struck and then opened, leaving the door open for Henley's anchor to strike out for a tie. Henley struck the first two balls, then went 8, losing by two. Great bowling by all.

This past July at the OSUSBC Jamboree, OSUSBC honored 4 seniors with scholarships! Maddy Ardaiz - Mabel Marrs Rising Star; Jeremiah Coney/Connor Brennan/Mason Trapp - Ray Wise Memorial. The OSUSBC Association grants these scholarships yearly. Be on the lookout for the scholarship application for 2026!

Hey, District 5 - Keep an eye out for a new school joining our district! Reedsport High School is putting an Open Team together!!! They are hoping to attend some of our tournaments and District Championships! Welcome Tanner and Reedsport High!

Who's ready for the new season?
Conditioning practices can begin! That means no coaching, but y'all know you need to work on that 10 pin. Coaches can be there and you can ask questions that they will answer, but that's about it. Official practice starts 11/17!!! Let the rolling begin!!
