This one system automated gave me a 20% boost in income.

Not a new offer. Not a price increase. Not a bigger audience.

I stopped spending 8 hours every Monday creating content from scratch.

I got those 8 hours back. I spent them on client delivery, strategy sessions, and follow-ups with warm leads. The kind of work that actually generates revenue.

Here is what changed.

I write one page of notes on Sunday evening. 15 minutes. I call it a Content Seed Document. Just the raw idea, the key points, a story, and a CTA.

Monday morning, Claude CoWork reads that seed and generates six pieces of content while I sleep.

A YouTube script outline.
A Substack article draft.
A Skool community post.
Five social posts across LinkedIn, Instagram, and X.
An AEO-optimised website blog post that gets cited by AI engines.

I review everything in 30 minutes. My VA schedules from there.

The content is not the point. The time is the point.

8 hours of content production became 45 minutes of seed writing and review. The other 7 hours went back into the parts of my business that actually move the needle.

That is where the 20% came from. Not from more content. From more capacity for the work that pays.

I wrote the entire system up on Substack this week. The free section walks you through how it works. The Founding Member section gives you everything you need to build it yourself: the folder structure, the Content Seed template, the exact CoWork prompt you can copy and paste, and step-by-step setup instructions.

This is Article 1 of 22. One automation per week for 22 weeks. Each one a real system I built and use. Each one with a build guide behind the paywall.

If you are a coach, consultant, or founder spending your best hours on content production instead of client work, this series is for you.

For nine years I charged $60 an hour.

I called it fair. It was fear.

$60 an hour was not a price. It was a confession of what I believed I was worth, and every client believed me, because the market always believes you.

Selling hours capped me at 24 a day and trained buyers to watch the clock instead of the result. The free discovery calls made it worse. The free events made it worse than that.

Every time I gave the work away to earn the right to be paid, I proved the work was never worth paying for.

So I rebuilt it in the order that scared me most. I stopped selling hours and priced the outcome. I killed every free call. I killed every free event.

Revenue did not drop. The room got smaller and serious. Serious is who buys.

The hardest truth I found: the number you can say out loud without flinching is a direct readout of what you believe you are worth. You cannot think your way to a number you do not believe.

If you run a business doing $1M or more and your price still sounds like an apology, you are leaving six figures on the table every year. That gap is the first thing I find and fix in a Strategy Session.

I wrote the whole story today. Link in the comments.

OpenAI shipped GPT 5.5 and called it salvation. Anthropic, the polite kid nobody trends, quietly passed them in revenue.

Five things happened in AI this week. None of them landed the way the press releases promised.

Anthropic crossed thirty billion in annual revenue, tripled in four months, with a thousand customers now paying them seven figures. Sora, OpenAI's much hyped video generator, was unplugged on April 26th after burning a million dollars a day to earn two million across its entire life.

Tech laid off seventy eight thousand humans in Q1 with forty eight per cent explicitly blamed on AI, and then a Chinese court (yes, that China) said you cannot legally fire someone just because the robot can do their job. And Meta's two billion dollar acquisition of an AI startup hiding behind a Singapore flag of convenience was blocked by Beijing three weeks before Trump's state visit.

The pattern, if you squint: the loudest companies are not the highest earning. The most hyped products are not the most durable. And the legal ground under "we replaced them with AI" is shifting faster than the marketing teams can keep up.

For anyone advising clients: diversify your stack, build for portability, and please retire the phrase "free your team up." It is not landing the way it used to.
