Our Core Values - Show Respect

We show respect to teammates, opponents, officials, coaches, parents, and the game itself.

Players: Be on time, open to coaching, care for equipment, and honor opponents, referees, and fans.

Coaches: Be honest, respectful when coaching, and accept officials’ decisions without argument.

Parents: Support from the sidelines without coaching, allow players and referees to do their jobs, and appreciate coaches’ efforts.

Respecting everyone and the game helps build a positive culture and strengthens our club’s legacy.
