This month we’re taking on the Hanging Tough Challenge—a true test of grip, stability, and grit 🔥

➡️ One hand on the bar
➡️ One hand holding a kettlebell
➡️ Feet off the ground
➡️ Hold on… as long as you can

Sounds simple. It’s not 😏

Longest hold at the end of the month takes it 💯

THE GOAL:
Build grip strength. Improve control. Stay composed under fatigue.

COACH’S TIP:
Stay tight from the start—engage your lats, brace your core, and don’t let the kettlebell pull you out of position. The second you lose tension, you lose time ⏱️
