Our very first Intro to Reformer 5-week series is wrapping up, with just one final session left! This group (here with instructor Mari and minus fellow students Karen and Sheree) showed up and learned the fundamentals, were curious, worked hard and had fun along the way. Watching new clients grow more confident on the Reformer each week is exactly why we created this series.

If you’ve been curious about Pilates and thinking about joining group classes, this is a great place to start.

Designed for new clients who are ready to build a strong foundation and feel comfortable stepping into our group class environment. This series is best suited for those without major injuries or physical limitations.

Interested in trying Pilates?

Because of strong interest, we’ve added a SECOND Intro to Reformer series to help you get started with your practice.

This Saturday series, held from 10–11 AM, is designed to introduce Pilates fundamentals, help you feel more comfortable and confident on the Reformer, and teach Level I exercises and modifications that can support your individual body and needs.

May 16, 23, 30
June 6, 13

Upon completion of this series, clients may be cleared to join our regular group classes at the instructor’s discretion. It is best suited for new clients without significant injuries or more specific physical considerations.

We’re also currently accepting new clients, and once you’ve completed a new client evaluation or new client package and are cleared to join classes, we hope there will be a class that feels like the right fit for your level as you continue to explore your practice.
