The North Barber County Recreation Commission would like to extend a heartfelt thank you to the Medicine Lodge Community Health Foundation for their generous donation of AEDs for the Wellness Center and City Ballpark.

Having AEDs readily available at our facilities is an important resource for the safety of our members, athletes, families, staff, and visitors. In a cardiac emergency, every second counts, and quick access to an AED can make a critical difference while emergency medical help is on the way.

We are truly grateful for the Foundation’s support and commitment to helping keep our community safe and healthy.

We’re excited to kick off our Pre-K Soccer season this evening! Come out and support our youngest players as they take the field for some fun, learning, and LOTS of energy!

🏈Barber County Youth Football!

Good luck to the Barber County Youth Tackle Football Team as they kick off their season this Saturday against the Stafford County Bulldogs in Stafford!

These kids have been working hard, putting in the time, and are ready!

For those who may not know, a couple of years ago, Medicine Lodge and Kiowa combined to form one team because of low numbers. It’s been great to see these communities come together and give our kids the opportunity to play and compete!
