The shoe rack by the back door is getting cleaned out So I suggest if you have things there and haven't been coming or coming back grab your stuff because it's getting tossed if you don't get it by this weekend If you are currently attending classes please just put your name on your bin with the stickers I'll leave tonight You get one bin to start with and if there's extras for boxing gloves I'll let you know But I need to clean that area up back there So again By this weekend I'm not reimbursing for sneakers tossed that you didn't grab or whatever else you have there and you're not coming back to the gym If you're planning on returning then get a sticker and claim a bin Thanks for being part of my spring cleaning crew π
Class is cancelled this morning at 6 am please let me know if you purchased a pass and I'll replace it with another class

Just a reminder to cancel classes you need to go into the punchpass app. If it does not allow you to cancel, then you are late cancelling. We do allow up to 2 late cancels but after that you will lose the class as per our policy. Email is not a good option to cancel because I do not check my email that frequently during the day. And the app is the best option if you do not want to lose the class. Messaging on fb is also not the best option, please utilize the app for what it is intended to schedule and cancel classes Thank you
Challenge rules: pick at least two goals from the list we've identified with the most popular classes
Attend at least 8 classes per month, track progress and at 6 weeks we have a marginal checkin, points are earned for progress in goals, this includes showing the effort and more for attaining . Goals are measurable and definable so there's no question what you're striving for and this could be time, weight or reps. Now naturally you're going to see body changes if you're attaining these goals as long as your keeping your nutrition in check
Points are earned for classes attended total and there's a tier for how many points you earn per amount of classes Bring a friend and you gain bonus points At 6 weeks we will showcase contenders. The purpose of this challenge is to progress because body composition changes come with progression And this is something measurable for you to keep a journal after 3 months to continue I don't want a challenge that at completion you're the biggest loser and then you gain it all back because you are not in that overdrive mode This is meant to be sustainable It costs 20.00 for the entire three months Accountability does definitely make one push harder. Prizes will be significant for the winner and there will be a second place. Sign up today simply by making a payment and this weekend tracking sheets will be available with instructors to give you to start on Sunday. Otherwise you can grab Monday and you must have an instructor sign off on your beginning goal and where you're currently at

Join our challenge and pick your goals for each class type - weight, reps, time, or flexibility. Attend classes, improve your scores, and get credit for progress outside of class. Don't miss out on significant prizes - two winners will be awarded with a $20 buy-in for three months. You must attend at least 8 classes a month to track your progress. Inquire with instructors or myself next week. All info will be available next Tuesday and you can sign up with any instructor then and the specifics of scoring will be available.
