ATTENTION VETERANS!!! On March 27th, We will be hosting a Veteran Homeownership Seminar at the Medina County Veterans Service Office, and we would really like to invite you to join us.

If you served in the military or you are a family member of a Veteran, you may have earned some incredible benefits through the VA home loan program — but the truth is, a lot of veterans don’t fully understand how to use them.

During this event we’re going to cover things like how ZERO Down VA loans actually work, why they had a bad reputation in the past, how to buy multi-family properties, VA loan assumptions, and even local property tax benefits here in Medina County for some veterans.

So if you’re a veteran — or you know a veteran who might benefit from this information — we’d love to see you there.

March 27th at the Medina County Veterans Service Office from 11:30-1:00.

Please register by calling 330‑722‑9368

Hope to see you there.

Our Link & Lunch this month will be on March 27th!
This month’s topic is VA Home Loans — you won’t want to miss it.
RSVP today by calling 330‑722‑9368!

Reader's Digest picks Medina as one of America's 'nicest places' 10/06/2025

When i first moved to Medina 23 years ago i wasn't excited. We moved because we had to find a place and it was affordable for what we wanted. Turns out it was the best move i ever made. Great place to raise children and make great friends. Now Readers digest agrees.
