Hi everyone - This is BK’s social media girl, Paige.
I wanted to come on here to talk about something i’ve seen at the gym that makes them stand out in my eyes and hopefully the clients.

The way that our trainers keep “personal” in their personal training. Watching them workout with their clients instead of walking away. They don’t just stand around and tell clients what to do, they show, guide and personalize each individual training session for their clients. They care about concerns, injuries and don’t over push but push where it’s needed. Brooke, Carrie and Sam are special - they develop relationships with clients and create a community here at BK Fitness. You don’t see this often anywhere else and I’m proud to be apart of this.
