Hey friends, tonight before you go off to bed save yourself 10 minutes.
Try some of these stretches. Hold the poses a long or little as you’d like. Do the moves that feel good.
Mobility not only prevents injuries but also supports recovery. After those long days of running around like crazy and fitting in those workouts- this is a great way to begin the healing and repair time. Let’s try ending our days with this type of self care and see how we feel on Friday!!

Add a source of healthy fat to your meal! Fats support brain health, hormones, satiety, and glowing skin! Did I say HORMONES???!! I did.
Fats are one of the “Big 3” Macronutrient groups. We don’t consume as many grams per day compared to the other two nutrient sources (protein and carbs) but they are still ESSENTIAL! Quality over quantity.
Under-fueled women don’t flourish.
Well-fueled women do.
