We are proud to announce our 2nd Elevate Hammers Practice will be led by Medina County's own Andrew Supers, a graduate of Medina City '23. He is a current student athlete and his accolades speak for themself!

This will be an tough practice session for ages K-8th grade. Minimum 3 years experience is required.

We will be running these types of sessions all year round and look forward to seeing you there!!

Every Monday from 6:45pm-8:10pm, we run an intense training session meant for experienced wrestlers(3+ years) ages K-8th grade only.

Well we are here to help! We will be doing a FREE Jiu Jitsu seminar on June 6th prior to our Open House at !!

No drop in fee. Just fill out our online waiver and get ready to learn!

For anyone who is more experienced, we will have a 30-60 min open room for anyone wanting to train!
