At AmbleFoot Farms, horses live comfortably with room to move, quality care, and a peaceful atmosphere. Our goal is simple: horses are happy, owners are happy, and everyone enjoys coming to the barn.

🌿 Mud-managed paddocks – scraped and maintained so horses aren’t standing in boot-sucking mud. Even in the worst season the mud rarely reaches the top of their hooves. No scratches. No losing your boots.

💧 Automatic waterers in every paddock – clean, fresh water year-round (never freezing in winter!)

🏡 Large 12x24 run-in sheds with separators for comfort and protection from weather

⚡ Brand new flex fencing with 4 hot wires and easy latch gates for safety

🌾 24/7 free choice quality hay

🥣 Daily grain feeding (Tribute Kalm Ultra) and owner-provided supplements ** Grain price is additional based on horse’s needs) **

Yogi is a 12 yr old 14.3 hh stocky dun gelding. He is very handy and western broke. He was used to Move cattle in his previous home. Yogi has more of a ranch horse ride, forward and eager - so not for a beginner as he is wonderfully sensitive and moves off hand and leg easily, yielding, sidepass, and turn on forehand. Has been roped off of, dragged barrels, and trail ridden. Easy to load on and off the trailer, take him where you like. Will consider sale for mid 4 figures.

Boarder friendly facility means no lesson kids Tuesday-Fridays. And on weekends and Mondays they are done before 5. You CAN ride during lessons. As we only hold private or semi private. So the arena is never crowded.

We are *not* a stall board facility. Do not let that deter you from checking us out. Horses are blanketed well with neck covers, and have ample shelter available all of the time, and are plenty happy to be constantly able to eat and move in and out as they please! Makes for happier, healthier, horses - physically, and mentally! If that’s the only thing holding you back, give it a try-what have you got to lose? Your horse might LOVE it. 😍 Ours do!

Starting August 1, 2025, lesson rates at AmbleFoot Farms will be increasing by $10 across the board. This small adjustment reflects rising costs, the continued care of our horses, and the commitment to providing safe, quality instruction for every rider.
The price of everything to run the farm went up - it’s time the income does, to offset it as well after 4 years at the same price! 🙌🏻 So we can keep everyone’s happy place running for years to come! ♥️

If you book and prepay for two or more lessons by the 1st of each month, you’ll save $10 per lesson.

💛 Boarders also receive $10 off one lesson per month when purchasing a package — just a little “thank you” for being a consistent part of the AmbleFoot family. (This includes leasers!)
