Nutter MMA free October is continuing!

Tomorrow 5:30PM at the Common Grounds! We are going to have an awesome workout tomorrow. We will do a little bit of everything. Guys or Gals....no excuses! So many benefits with (I can't think of) any negatives! You can get in shape, learn self defense, get the stress out, talk nutrition, meet friends, join a tight community of life time brothers and sisters, and finally.....punch someone (me) without going to jail! Immediately after Nutter MMA, Old Schoolhouse Rollers will host there (always FREE) BJJ training.
Please do not be intimidated.....just come check it out; I promise you will have fun!

If you liked the movie (and especially the real documentary) The Smashing Machine with The Rock Playing Mark Kerr. I am attaching a deeper dive into the movie about the rival to Mark Kerr and The Hammer House (in general) Igor Vovchanchyn. This is how I fit into the picture a little bit and was able to attend the premier and meet all the actors in the movie who played the roles of my teammates and friends. Mark Mark "The Hammer" Coleman finally beat this monster and closed the book on Igor's win streak. The movie did a great job and I think this documentary was very well done. If you are an MMA historian....you will love this! This takes place in the "glory days" where there were No ROUNDS, NO JUDGES, NO GLOVES, headbutts were allowed and we would fight 3 times in one night if you were lucky enough to keep winning to make it to the finals. Things have definitely changed and looking back......I can't believe I signed up and did this!

Nutter MMA will have a 530 workout today (free) followed by Old Schoolhouse Rollers BJJ workout from 7pm till 9ish. I will not be avle to attend tonight as I got called into work but coach Mike, Sean, and Zak will be there with a great workout. Also if you are planning your week.....Fridays's MMA will start at 6pm. It is a beautiful day today the workout is free and you will learn something and burn calories! No excuses....get there!

2nd Week of Free Nutter MMA classes! Come check it out! I am going to have free Nutter MMA classes for the whole month of October to see if you guys/gals are interested. I might even have a couple people wanting to get in the cage that we (The Nutter MMA team) will need to help out to get that person/s into fight shape. I'd love to see you up there tonight at 530PM at Old Schoolhouse Rollers. When my workout is done at 7:00PM The Rollers will have a free BJJ class tro follow (Bring a Gi if you have one). We had a great turnout last week that consisted of all ages, sexes, and weights. Doesn't matter what you are.....you will fit in! See you tonight and if you have any Kettle Bells that you can bring up and let me borrow (until you decide to take them home.....that would be awesome)! If you can please reply if you are planning on coming so I can plan space and workout accordingly. RSVP'ing is not a must.....it is just a request. See you soon!

We had an awesome Tuesday night at Nutter MMA I'd love to see more people out here tonight at 6PM for another workout. Please come check it out and see if it is "for you"? Workouts are free for the next week/weeks. I am trying to guage if I am going to officially repopen the gym. If I get a crowd like I did Tuesday it looks pretty good for a reopening. After the workout SchoolHouse Rollers is having a free BJJ (no gi tonight) workout that is awesome as well. Let me know if you plan on coming out as I am trying to plan space and particular workout to accomodate. See you tonite! I may have a current fighter moving into the Medina area and looking for a place to train....if that is the case I will need your help to get him ready for his next fight so we will have a "training camp". What does that mean to you? Not only will you get the technique part of the sport of MMA, but you will also get in freaking shape too. The workouts will focus on technique but we will aslo make sure we are physically fit (so think of losing fat and gaining mnuscle). It is VERY HARD to go 3x 5 minute rounds of fighting. So at the end of the "fight camp"......we should look and feel pretty damn good/tough! Lastly......Women fighters.....where are you?

PS - The workout will be at Common Grounds in Medina (upstairs entrance. Common Ground has an awesome bar and restaurant in it so after the workout you can "lick your wounds" with a burger and a b**r!)
