honestly don’t invite your yoga friends anywhere, we do playful stuff, no matter where we go or what we’re wearing 🙃
but on a more serious note, I want to express immense gratitude for the incredibly kind and beautiful Lauren Cameron. Lauren came to my class at Groovy Plants Ranch years ago, and is one of the pillars of what has become the grooviest little family none of us expected to find. The journey of going from celebrating her inversion and arm balance progress, to celebrating all her running endeavors, to celebrating her engagement to the love of her life, to now having celebrated the union and declaration of their love has been truly such an honor. 🥲
Lauren, thank you for allowing me to come support you, hold space for you, and be among your family and friends to surround you with love on this beautiful day. 🫶🏻
And if you’re anyone else but Lauren and you’re reading this, and you’ve ever wondered whether or not your regular yoga teacher genuinely cares, ever thinks about you outside of class, or misses you when you’re not there…. Yeah. We care.
Like my dear friend Lauren says, sometimes you really do unroll your mat, and find your people.
