To all the members, students and residents. The past 13 years of Forest Meadows has been INCREDIABLE! Teaching has been so rewarding, but I think I learned the most. With a very heavy, yet proud heart, classes will not continue into the new year. Our last class will be New Years Eve. 2023. The Club house will be transformed into a beautiful gym for residents and model unit for potential residents to come and visit the beautiful amenities Forest Meadows has to offer! Forest Meadows has graciously given us the best gift - a room to grow a fitness community. We will forever be grateful for that!
Throughout the years, we have been Blessed to have AMAZING instructors, it all started with Sarah who lead some mean zumba classes! Lanie and Brittney brought their swag and got us poppin! I mean.... poppin - Esta Loca and Bojangles.. get real...
Tara, you were amazingly brutal and there is NO WAY anyone would ever miss your class! Kristi, you brought such a great balance of strength and endurance! Nikki, girl, you are a beast when you taught! Always knew it was gonna be a good one!
I can not express my gratitude to the students throughout the years, I have made the most solid friendships and somehow.. still got to whop your a*z... AND YOU PAID ME TO DO IT! Like how?

T.B.C. Total Body Conditioning
High Impact, Intense Drills, Grueling Circuits all while achieving Heart Pumping Cardio that will engage your entire body. Focused on full body conditioning to improve strength, body composition & overall muscle & cardio endurance.
Cardio Strength:
Cardiovascular & muscular endurance. Class is designed to build endurance & kick-up that heart rate at a steady rate. No muss no fuss - Cardio consists of light plyo, high intense bursts combined with strength endurance.
Strength & Endurance HIIT:
This is full body, intense work. Designed to strengthen & exhaust, you will feel the burn & the sweat down your face! High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) style class designed to strengthen muscular and cardiovascular endurance.
Zumba:
Party yourself into shape with this effective, easy-to-follow Latin-inspired fitness party. Don't worry, you don't have to know how to dance, move your body & follow the lead. Move, shake and sweat off the calories!
Kickboxing:
Power, Strength, resistance & force. Not your average cardio kickbox, this class incorporates punches and kicks with the best of cardio, strength & speed intervals! Improve flexibility, strength & endurance. Bring your gloves for the bag!
Total Tone:
Looking to tone, & not bulk. Long lean muscles are the name of the game. Tone up the entire body; head to toe. Low impact, high rep low weight workout. Focus on thighs, glutes, abs & arms utilizing accessory muscle for movements & balance.
