Rising Star Equestrian Center, Inc. is a full service hunter/ jumper training and boarding facility

Rising Star Equestrian Center is situated on 13 acres accommodating a 50 box stall barn and 17 turnout paddocks. Facilities also include a 300' X 75' indoor ring, two outdoor rings, heated grooming area with six grooming stalls and two wash stalls, a heated tack room and two heated restrooms.

Catching up on an exciting week at the Big E last week! Both horses and riders enjoyed the opportunity to ride in the coliseum and see the fair over the weekend! Congratulations to Heather van Aelst and Clickbait, bringing home Reserve Champion of the 3’3” AO Hunters both for Eastern States and Zone 1 HOTY. Lauren Hall and MTM Lumineux brought home Champion of the Long Stirrup Hunters, Liz Russell rode to 3rd in the Adult Equitation for Zone 1 HOTY, and Katherine Goggin’s Tibri’s Saturday Sun and Allie Joyce rode to Reserve Champion of the Schooling Hunters out of a large field! Looking forward to the rest of finals season! 🍂

We are so excited to congratulate a number of new partnerships around the barn! Congratulations Lisa Arnone and Stella Patenaude on the purchase of Invictus, the Finnerty family on the purchase of 6-7 aka “Baileys”, the Gallinaro family on the purchase of Gio, and the Pastore family on their lease of Tibri’s Saturday Sun aka “Milo”! We are so lucky to have such wonderful people and horses and cannot wait to see what the futures for these partnerships will bring! Huge ‘thank yous’ to H&D Stables , Aaron Vale 🇺🇸 , [email protected] and the Goggin family for helping us match these terrific horses.

Great First IEA Show of the Season hosted by Wachusett Equestrian! High School Team placed Reserve Champion! Congratulations Sonya, Ainsley and Lyla on their blue ribbon rides! Congratulations to all our new members on their first show today, and those moving up divisions- very proud of you all! Great day of competition today and excited for the next show at Wachusett on 9/26!

Rising Star had a great two weeks of Fieldstone and an exciting MHJ Finals to kick off finals season! Everyone put in beautiful trips and some personal bests.

Congratulations Meghann Hagen on bringing home Reserve Champion in the MHJ Adult Medal Final 30+, and Liz Russell riding to 12th! Tracy Harding rode to 7th in the MHJ Adult Mini Medal Final, and Ainsley Allen and Madyson MacPherson brought home the 4th and 5th spots in the MHJ Long Stirrup Medal Final! Ainsley was also Reserve Champion in the Long Stirrup Eq Week II, and Lauren Hall was Champion! Clickbait and Heather van Aelst rode to Reserve Champion Week I of the Amateur Owner Hunters 3’3”. Erin Ryan’s Nicky the Vest was Champion of the USHJA 2’6” with Allie Joyce Week II and Bridgit Douglas and MTM Delight rode to 6th in the $2,500 USHJA National Hunter Derby! A fantastic couple of weeks for all and we are so thankful for our village and all the people who make it happen! ⭐️

A fantastic week was had by all at the Vermont Summer Festival Week VI! Congratulations to Heather van Aelst on her 2nd place in the USHJA National Hunter Derby and Reserve Champion in the 3’3” Amateur Owner Hunters. Bridgit Douglas and Stella Patenaude also rode to 7th and 10th in the National Derby aboard MTM Delight and Cote d’Argent. Mia McNiece and MTM Nik rode to Champion of the USHJA 2’ Hunters, Tracy Harding was Reserve Champion in the Adult Eq 2’6”, Lauren McCarthy was Reserve Champion in the USHJA 2’3” Hunters and Hyde Gildea and K won the $250 The League Bit O’Straw Classic! Congratulations all and looking forward to Fieldstone Summer Showcase! ⭐️

Thank you to the entire Head of the Bay management team for a great week! Rising Star had tons of success and many milestones were met for our riders! A few highlights include Liz Russell and FGF Just Sayin’ Champion of the Adult Hunters 36+ and Ainsley Allen and Trattoria Massuere winning the $250 OR Short/ Long Stirrup Derby and Champion in the Long Stirrup Hunters! Tracy Harding and Floor rode to Champion of the Adult Equitation 2’6” and Lauren Hall and MTM Lumineux were Champion in the Long Stirrup Equitation and Reserve Champion in the Hunters! Heather van Aelst and Clickbait took home Reserve Champion in the 3’3” AO Hunters, Meg Hagen took Reserve Champion in the Adult Eq 36+, and Stella Patenaude and Cote d’Argent won the 3’3” AO Hunter Classic! We’re so proud of everyone’s riding this week and look forward to Vermont next week!

Super Sunday at Grazing Fields South Coast Series! Dorothy and Luther first time out together Champion in the Walk Trot sweeping the division! Madyson and Canelli rode to Reserve Champion in both the Equitation and Hunter Long Stirrup Division! Molly and French Fry had their show debut and performed beautifully together! Great riding today!
