On August 1, 1876, Colorado became the 38th state, joining the Union exactly 100 years after the Declaration of Independence—earning the nickname The Centennial State.

We feel incredibly blessed to call Colorado home and honored to share the beauty of Marvine Lake and the surrounding Flat Tops Wilderness with our guests. We truly believe this corner of Colorado is one of the most spectacular places in the state.

Here’s to 150 years of majestic mountains, pristine lakes, wild places, and unforgettable adventures.

Some experiences simply can’t be captured in photos… but this comes close. 💚

Wild Heart Wilderness Retreat 2026 was everything we hoped for and more. We laughed, shed a few tears, shared meaningful conversations, created art, hiked mountain trails, rode horses through spectacular country, learned to fly fish, paddled alpine waters, embraced cold plunges, and enjoyed incredible food.

Most of all, amazing women came together, stepped outside their comfort zones, and left with friendships and memories that will last a lifetime.

Thank you to every woman who trusted us with this adventure. My heart is full, and I’m already looking forward to the next one.
