Welcome to the offical Mushinoto Ryu Jujutsu Istagram.

Help Palm Bay Mushinoto Ryu Jujutsu Restart, organized by Jeffrey Kelly 10/10/2021

Hello everyone,
We are trying to get our jujutsu school re-launched at our local rec center (instead of my garage). COVID-19 made us have to stop training at the rec center and the recent loss of our Sensei in the middle of talks with the rec center has left us reeling. However, while we are all mourning, it has left us inspired to make sure we get the school back off the ground and continuing forward to carry on his legacy. If anyone is able to help it is greatly appreciated. Any funds collected over our goal is going to go to his children.

On Tuesday, April 20, we had our final for the Introduction to Karate and Advanced Karate classes. Classes were small due to lack of in-person activities. However, we still had the best students.

There were 2 promotions:

Hunter Wittenberg ro Yonkyu -- Blue Belt
Chelsea Stalcup to Yonkyu Han -- Blue tip.

I hope all students return next semester, and more.

We have been given the green light for our classes for the Spring 2021 semester. There is still time for other students to register.

The first two weeks must be virtual, so I will be contacting the students via email with the information.

Make sure you can receive the class from [email protected].

The next class is scheduled for Tuesday, January 12. However, there are still not enough students registered to insure that we will have a class.

Please register for PED 1090, Introduction to Karate or PED 1091, Advanced Karate.

Although we do not have 12 students, apparently the university will allow the class to go forward. So we are set for tomorrow at 6PM. Please get there as early as possible, because there are new screening procedures at the gym.

Make sure you bring your ID.

Our classes for this semester is scheduled to begin on Tursday, August 18. HOWEVER, there are only 7 people enrolled. If there are not 12 students signed-up, the school will cancel the classes.

Tell your friends who may be interested to register for the class. If they find out that it is not for them, they can drop it without penelty before the drop date. What matters is that we have at least 12 students registered by Monday, 8/17. Registration for Introduction to Karate (PED 1090) or Advanced Karate (PED 1091) will do it.

If the class is canceled, there will also be no Martial Arts Association training either.

Your assistance is appreciated.
