Eyes on the fall: Reopening in Florida, masks and vaccines | The Florida Institute of Technology is planning on in-person classes and a much fuller campus in August, leaning on the successes it had during the 2020-21 academic year.

It is with sadness we report the passing of Charles Clemente, a longtime member of the Florida Tech Board of Trustees whose generosity led to the construction of the 58,000-square-foot Charles and Ruth Clemente Center, an athletics, fitness and wellness facility that has shaped, and will continue to shape, the university experience of countless Panthers. Mr. Clemente passed away Sunday, Feb. 14. He was 85.
