We were all like that once--but do not let that stop you! I've got you--fun, happy music and simple choreography are my style. Has it been a while since you worked out--like years? Start with us at YOUR pace--there are NO GRADES in my class. Just feel the music and enjoy! One class is all it takes to fall in LOVE!
