Yesterday a new student came up to me and said she dreams of becoming a instructor… but she’s scared. Scared she won’t remember the steps, scared she won’t have the energy when she’s not feeling happy.
And I looked at her and thought… I’ve lived through all of that!
10 years in this journey, moving to a new country, two pregnancies, sickness, extreme exhaustion, people testing me,moments when life felt heavier than my own body.
But every single time… I open the door to my class, I take a deep breath, press play on my favorite song… and everything changes.
The worries fade.
The stress melts.
The energy comes back.
Because is not about being perfect. It’s about showing up… even when life is hard. 🥺🙏
✨ And sometimes… the happiest version of you is waiting on the dance floor. 🙏💚💃

The last Jam Session held here was back in 2019- it’s been way too long. It’s time to come together again, learn from the best and bring that energy back!
I’m thrilled to announce we’ll be jamming with Bernadett Fejszes on June 27 at Crunch. Can’t wait to bring our ZIN community together again and share an amazing, fun learning experience! 💃🏻
