💜 A message for our Zumba community 💜

I’m heartbroken to share the unexpected passing of our Zumba friend, Hope White. 😔🙏

Hope was always so kind, warm, and welcoming. She truly loved Zumba, dancing, the music, and most of all, the people and community that came with it. ❤️💃🏼🎶 She brought such a beautiful energy with her, and I know she touched many of us in her own special way.

Her family will be celebrating her life on September 26th at 11:00 AM at her mother’s church. I will share more details about the location as soon as I receive them.

If you knew Hope and would like to be there to honor her and celebrate her life, I hope you’ll have the opportunity to join us. 💜

Hope, you will be deeply missed, but your smile, your kindness, and your love for Zumba will stay with us. 🙏🥲💜💃🏼🎶

Five years with LA Fitness. And when I look back, I’m most proud of ONE thing… Not just how long I’ve been here, but how much heart I’ve put into it.🙌🏽💚💚💚💚

I’ve always been someone who, when I commit to something, I give it my whole heart. I work hard, I keep showing up and I give my best. Even on the days I don’t feel like it, even when life is hard and even when no one sees the struggle behind the scenes. 🙏

Zumba has never been “just a class” to me. It’s something I’ve built with passion, consistency and a whole lot of love. 💃🏻💚

5 years later, I’ve learned that consistency, passion and heart can take you further than you ever imagined. 🩷✨🙏

Often, I feel cringe in my own . Pulling out my class essentials, jumping higher, singing, promoting myself, dancing with my flag… sometimes I wonder, “Am I doing too much?”
But then I remind myself: I’m not here to be invisible. I’m here to create an experience, bring energy and make people feel something.

So yes, I’ll sing. I’ll jump. I’ll wave my flag. I’ll promote what I’m building. I’ll be a little extra. 💅🏼🥰

Because confidence isn’t about never feeling cringe… it’s about doing it anyway.
And maybe one day, the things that make me feel silly now will be the very things I’m proudest of. ❤️‍🔥🙏
