☀️ We jumped for joy today 😃 She said she couldn’t remember the last time she jumped. I could tell she looked nervous when I told her what we were going to do today, but she could not keep the joy from her face when she realized her body could still jump! I’ll never forget that smile.

So many of us lose the ability to what we love, and what our bodies were made to be able to do simply because we stop those things. You're not old—you just haven't moved like that in a long time. You can train your body to do hard things again, and there are ways to train it safely.

I LOVE living today with all the modern conveniences which we are able to enjoy every day. We are safer and more wealthy and comfortable than we have ever been in the history of the world. And yet… we are suffering more and more chronic, preventable diseases. With all the bliss that surrounds us, knowledge about how to exercise and challenge ourselves physically has never been more important. It’s the number 1 thing that will help us stave off the negative side-effects of the modern world 🌎 There is HOPE where there is fitness.
