To get started with Trinity Fitness Suntree:
-Before you attend your 1st class, please go to our website suntree.trinityfitness.org and click "Join Now". Select "One Week Free" and complete the online waiver that will be sent to your email.
-Show up 10 minutes early to any class
-Your trainer will gladly answer your questions and seek to ensure you have an encouraging experience

Today, we pause to remember. 🇺🇸

We remember the lives lost on September 11, 2001. We honor the firefighters, police officers, first responders, military members, and Americans who showed extraordinary courage in the face of unimaginable tragedy.

We remember the families whose lives were forever changed, and we pray for continued comfort and peace.

May we also remember the unity, compassion, courage, and love for one another that brought our nation together in the days that followed.

At Trinity Fitness Suntree, we are especially grateful for those who serve, sacrifice, protect, and put others before themselves.

We will never forget. 🇺🇸❤️

Labor Day is a time to recognize the hard work, dedication, and contributions of workers who help make our communities stronger. And what better way to celebrate than coming together, moving our bodies, challenging ourselves, and enjoying some fellowship along the way?!

We have Battles Monday through Saturday, with different class times throughout the week. Come try as many as you’d like during your FREE WEEK and find the ones that work for you!
