One of my favorite parts of this job is getting to love so many kids like they’re my own. 🌷🎪

I get the privilege of watching them grow up right in front of me. I watch confidence appear where fear used to live. I watch strength develop. I watch personalities bloom.

But behind every child learning to fly is someone loving them enough to keep showing up.

The audience sees the performance.
I see the people helping build it.

To all the moms, grandmothers, guardians, mentors, and supporters… thank you for trusting us with your children and for loving them so well.

Meal prep isn’t about being perfect… it’s about being prepared.

When your food is ready, your decisions are easy.
When your decisions are easy, your goals actually stand a chance.

This is how we stay consistent through busy days, long training sessions, and everything in between. No guessing. No scrambling. Just fuel, ready when we need it.

Katie went with shrimp, noodles, and broccoli.
Steve held it down with steak, potatoes, green beans… and yes, mushrooms made the cut.

Macros handled. Energy up.

Now all that’s left is to…
secure the lids. contain the gains.

Youth strength and conditioning isn’t about flash, gimmicks, or chasing quick results.
It’s about coaches who prioritize long-term development: building movement quality, resilience, confidence, and discipline that carry far beyond the wall of our gym.
That’s why teaching youth matters so much to us. Done right, it shapes how kids see effort, progress, and themselves.
Take a lift like the sn**ch. On the surface, it’s explosive and technical, but for teens, its real value goes deeper:
-It teaches patience and focus
-It develops coordination, balance, speed, power, agility, and overall body awareness
-It reinforces proper mechanics and injury prevention
-It builds confidence through mastering something challenging
The goal is to develop better athletes and more capable people both physically and mentally.
When we invest in quality coaching and intentional training early on, we’re not chasing short-term performance… we’re building a foundation for a lifetime.
This is what CrossFit Kids is.

Translation: more athletes in the air, more muscle-ups in motion, more steel singing in the rafters.

We added them because the work level demanded it.
Now the rig is ready for what’s coming next.

CrossFit Weekly Workouts Let’s Get After It!

Monday: Our Girl Nancy is back in town, let’s give her a warm welcome!

Tuesday: We’re heading to the climbing ropes for Week 3 of our 4-week rope climbing cycle. Progress is climbing fast, literally. 🧗‍♂️

Wednesday: Time to grab a barbell and dial in the clean & jerk. We’ll also carve out some focused time to practice one of the Beach Brawl workouts!

Thursday: Machine day. Let’s learn to pace with purpose and move with intention on the rower, bike, and ski erg.

Friday: The legs are prepped and ready, it’s time to test your strength with a 6RM Back Squat. Let’s see what you’ve got! 💪

Saturday: Sea Legs Re-Test with our Beach Brawl crew! Can we outdo last week’s performance? We think so, communicate..communicate..communicate!

Remember: all meters rowed count toward RowVember! 🚣‍♀️

🔥 Weekly Lineup at CrossFit Cirque 🔥

Monday:
We’re wrapping up a month of qualifiers with the 5th and final Fittest of the Coast Qualifier! 💪 It’s been incredible watching everyone push past their limits. This one’s spicy, so come in hydrated and ready to finish strong!

Tuesday:
We’re continuing with week 2 of our 4-week Rope Climb Skill Cycle!
Whether you’re building strict pulling strength, refining technique, or developing the foundation for your first climb, choose a progression that lets you rack up volume and grow each week.

Wednesday:
Barbells are back out for Week 2 of Clean & Jerks! 🔩
Let’s build on last week’s work and dial in that barbell confidence.

Thursday:
A classic CrossFit triplet on deck, simple, effective, and guaranteed to build fitness to last a lifetime.

Friday:
🎃 Halloween! 🎃

New Week, New Gains at CrossFit Cirque!

We’re kicking off the final quarter of the year strong with a week of programming designed to push our goals forward and finish 2025 on a high note.

Monday – We start with a 20:00 AMRAP: rowing, box step-overs, more rowing, and burpee box jump overs. This is also the 1st qualifier for FOTC. We’re pretty pumped to see how inclusive the 1st workout is of the qualifier!

Tuesday - We’re continuing our 3-week handstand progression, diving deeper into variations and building off last week’s improvements. Expect to be upside down to some capacity.

Wednesday – Time to SN**CH! We’re bumping up percentages just a touch as we continue to build strength and technique together.

Thursday – Odd Object Day is here! Heavy kettlebells? New sandbags? Come ready to move things and stuff.

Friday – Clean and jerk party! We’re dialing in two heavy singles and riding the momentum from last week’s epic 3-rep PRs. Let’s keep the fire going.

Saturday – It’s a super secret WOD... 👀 You’ll have to show up to find out what’s up!
