🛡️ The Tier One Defense Academy returns this August!

Great defense is built on communication, footwork, positioning, and playing together. Coach Squez’s academy is designed to help defenders sharpen the skills that win possessions and change games.

Whether you’re looking to improve your on-ball defense, team defense, ground balls, or defensive IQ, this is a great opportunity to continue developing before the next season.

Space Coast Lacrosse is excited to partner with Tier One Lacrosse to help our players continue improving year-round.
