Please join me in welcoming our new teacher Jenifer Wilson Raymond at LuxDei Studio! She is friendly, knowledgeable, very articulate, has a beautiful smile, warm, welcoming energy and comes highly recommended. Come check out her deep stretch restorative classes with myofascial release balls to help you roll and relax all the stress and kinks out of your body every Tuesday and Thursday at 9am.

Get to know Jenifer:
Jenifer is a Connecticut native, mom to three teenagers, a registered nurse and lives in Satellite Beach with her wife. She started an at home yoga practice a few years ago to deal with anxiety. Once she stepped into a yoga studio she found a sense of community and friendships she didn’t know she was missing. She feels yoga is about getting to know yourself- body, mind, and spirit. Once you get to know and love yourself you become better and knowing and loving others.

Jenifer wishes to share with others the gift yoga has been in her life and to help others use their own power to harness its awesome benefits. When she isn’t on the mat you can find Jenifer on the tennis courts as a member of the Space Coast Tennis League, reading a book, or playing with her three rescued Greyhounds.
