⭐ Meet Brian & Elena — dancing for the Mirror Ball Trophy 🕺
Brian Hayes, a fourth-generation Indian River County resident, proudly continues his family’s deep roots in the community dating back to 1904. As the owner of Hayes Construction Group, Inc., Brian has built a successful local construction management and general contracting company while also raising his three wonderful children, Eliana, Lilia, and Fitzgerald. Passionate about family, community, and aviation, Brian is honored to support Indian River County Healthy Start’s mission of helping parents and children thrive with strong beginnings and brighter futures.
Joining Brian on the dance floor is Elena Smirnova, a talented professional Ballroom dancer and instructor based in Palm Bay, Florida. After exploring gymnastics, figure skating, and rhythmic sports in her youth, Elena found her true passion in Ballroom dance. Trained both internationally and in the United States, she now teaches and performs in American and International dance styles while helping amateur dancers prepare for competitions and showcase events. Alongside her husband and dance partner, Lance, Elena has captivated audiences at some of Florida’s largest fundraising dance events.
