Get ready to sleigh our favorite holiday workout: The 12 Days of Christmas! πβ¨ββββββββββββββββββThis workout follows the classic structure of the songβeach round adds a new movement while repeating all the previous ones. For example:
β‘οΈ Round 1: 100m Run
β‘οΈ Round 2: 2 Deadlifts + 100m Run
β‘οΈ Round 3: 3 Burpees + 2 Deadlifts + 100m Run
β¦and so on until youβve completed all 12 movements (or hit the 30-minute cap)! πͺ
Tips to crush it:
π Pace yourself! Start steadyβitβs a marathon, not a sprint.
π Plan your transitions. Keep equipment close and ready.
π Know your scaling options. Not feeling the HSPUs? Sub with explosive push-ups!
