Huge S/O to my girl Congratulations on your 4th & 2nd place standing last night. I’m so proud of you for the commitment and effort you put forth to move up the ranks as a Wellness Competitor. To anyone looking to step on this stage please be prepared to make sacrifices, discipline yourself, make the commitment and last but not least stay consistent to the GRIND!!!

Night Of The Titans Bodybuilding Competition, July 10th Memphis Tn at Bartlett Performance Arts Theater.
We will also be hosting our Body Transformation Challenge again this year. Night Of The Titans is an all natural drug free event, all competitors will be drug tested for illegal performance enhancements.
