Here’s some info on daily sodium intake…
Aiming for less than this is perfectly okay too. An adult body only needs around 1 to 2g of salt (460 to 920mg sodium) per day to function.
Sodium intake above 2,000mg per day is associated with high blood pressure, which is a risk factor for kidney disease and cardiovascular disease (such as heart disease and stroke).

08/06/23 Breaking my fast from last evening….
Oatmeal: 1 cup= 0
Almond milk 2 cups=340mg
Peanut butter 2 Tablespoons =140mg
1 Whole egg=70mg
6Tbsp of egg whites =150mg
700 mg of sodium with just breakfast…I’m going to look for a peanut butter without sodium and cut down my almond butter milk to 1 cup. Replacing the second cup with water, that should help lower the sodium.
