Basic meal. Single ingredient foods. Nuri sardines are some of the best I have tried. They are a great way to add protein and omega 3 fatty acids to your meal.

By choosing a leaner cut of roast you can lower the total calories very easily. I added a pad of butter for taste but that is still lower in total fat calories than buying a chuck roast for example. Either way, real food, real ingredients. Real health.
