St. Jude IRONMAN 70.3 Memphis, held in West Tennessee, is a late season race, offering athletes cooler fall temperatures and families an abundance of activities in Memphis.
With a swim in the shallow Hyde Lake, athletes will have a clear view of shore. The single loop bike course winds through rural northeast Memphis, and the two-loop run course allows families, friends, and spectators ample opportunities to cheer on athletes.
Centered at Shelby Farms Park, there is excitement for everyone. From paddle boarding or horseback riding to playing on the Woodland Discovery Playground, even those not racing are sure to have a great time.
